Do you accept insurance?

At this time, I only accept private pay. However, superbills are provided for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursements. Please note that I cannot guarantee reimbursements. I strongly recommend contacting your insurance provider for more information.

How long are your speech sessions?

At this time, I only provide 30-minute and 1-hour sessions. The specific session length for your child will be determined based on what is clinically most suitable for his or her needs, typically assessed during the initial evaluation or therapy session.

My child has recently been evaluated. Does he/she still need to be reevaluated by you?

If your child has recently been re-evaluated within the last 6 months, the child does not need to be re-evaluated as we can use the information from his/her recent evaluation.  However, if your concerns are related to the specific needs of a gestalt language processor who was not initially evaluated by an SLP with NLA (naturalistic language acquisition) training, a re-evaluation will be required.

Do you offer payment plans?

We currently do not provide payment plans. Charges are processed through Stripe using the SimplePractice portal on the evening of the service date.

I live outside the range you specified, can I still receive services?

Absolutely! Telehealth services are available for those outside specified areas.

Is telehealth a good option for my child?

Telehealth is a fantastic choice for all individuals!

It offers parents and caregivers the chance to take a more involved role in their child's therapy and apply strategies and tips with the immediate guidance of a skilled Speech and Language Pathologist. An experienced SLP can still conduct fruitful sessions without requiring your child to stay in front of the computer, allowing him or her to engage in enjoyable activities in the comfort of his or her own home.

I've tried contacting you but haven't been getting through.

To ensure the best service for my clients, I now screen all calls due to an increase in spam. I will only answer calls from families I've previously spoken with. If you're interested in discussing whether I’m the right fit for your child, please schedule a phone consultation through the contact page.

When will you resume accepting new clients and how do I get on the waitlist?

Currently, I do not maintain a waitlist, as I want to avoid delaying families from finding immediate services elsewhere. While I do not have an estimate on when I'll be able to resume in-home services, you can visit this website for updates on the 30th or 31st of each month

Do you do parent consultations?

For families unable to commit to therapy services due to scheduling, financial, or other reasons, I now offer parent consultation services via scheduled Zoom calls. While I won’t be interacting with or observing your child, I will answer your questions and provide personalized suggestions. You can schedule these consultations as often as you feel will benefit your family.
